I ordered the slab of ribs and salt and pepper crusted baked potato. They threw in a side of coleslaw. It was spectacular. My husband ordered the barbecue chicken and salt and pepper crusted bake potato. He absolutely loved it. I paid $97 to include tip. Expensive it was but you you want something you pay for it. 5 stars. Delivery driver also followed instructions.

I have been ordering for many many years from Carson's and it seems the food its getting worse. I decided to give it one last try, fries were horrible, ribs quite tough and corn bread really wasn't anything to speak of.

The ribs had some good flavor but we found ours to be tough. The coleslaw is. The best ever. The cornbread was very good, as well as the salad and the homemade salad dressings! Overall id definitely give itanother try.
