• 12/11/24Oxtail meal meat is soft and delicious. Has more than one servings. The Large Brown Stew Fish is well-seasoned and fills the entire container. It's sauteed with a lot of onions and peppers. The snapper is a whole delicious fish from head to tail, just the way my dad loves it. The food arrived hot and was enjoyed by both of us. The containers are secure with no leakage or spilling. Well packaged and presented. Both meals were reasonably priced for the amount of food.

• 1/10/26Large Steam Fish dishes were delicious. I especially loved the spinach rice. You could eat it without gravy. The red snapper was flavorful.
Brown Stew Chicken meal was too spicy for me, but tasted very good. Too much gravy. The rice didn't need it. It was nice, fluffy, and tasty.
The meals were large enough for more than one serving. I highly recommend the food Cartaz Caribbean Cuisine.

• 5/7/23We loved everything! My friend said the BBQ chicken was soft and delicious. My dad said the Brown Stew Chicken tasted like homemade. My large Bake Chicken with oxtail gravy was delicious and enough to eat more than once. I've actually eaten it twice so far and still have food for another meal.

• 9/25/25The Large Fried Fish Meal was delicious, though the fish was a little spicy for me. The rice was flavorful enough to stand on its own without gravy. I ordered Bake Chicken, which turned out to be fried chicken with BBQ sauce. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to BBQ sauce and thought I had mentioned it in my notes (it didn’t go through because of technical issues with Door Dash app). I was able to wash the sauce off, and the chicken itself was good without it.
Overall, these meals would be a great choice for anyone who enjoys BBQ and spicier flavors. While I was a bit disappointed by the mix-up, I can still recommend the food to others who love spice and sauces.

• 6/26/23My sister-in-law loved her large Oxtail meal. My brother enjoyed his Large Brown Stew Fish and salad. My father enjoyed the Large Steam Fish, but he didn't receive his rice. I made it a point to ask if everything was in there and was told yes. When we arrived home, the rice was missing. Unfortunately, I couldn't return to pick it up. I spoke on the phone with Julit who was very apologetic. She advised that the next time I order that I should put it in the notes about the missing rice and they will give it to me. Everything I've ordered so far for myself, family, or friends has been very tasty.
