I see a lot of good reviews on here, but my experience was very disappointing. We ordered one veggie pizza, (8 normal slices), and it had... no vegetables on it. I counted on average, maybe 2 mushrooms, 3 small diced peppers, and a couple slices of cooked onions.(some pieces less). There was barely any sauce, the cheese had hardened, and it was cold by the time we received it. The dasher did one stop previous to Caruso's, but it was the mainly the quality of the pizza in general that was surprising. On the DoorDash menu, there was no description of what ingredients were included on pizza, and I was very saddened by the product that we received. If I pay $50 for a Normal-sized pizza, I would hope it would be satisfying and worth the cost. We usually order from Rocco's in riverhead, And that vegetable pizza is incredible, loaded with fresh vegetables, has reasonably priced add-ons, and is well worth the $30-35 they charge. Plus, you can get a huge salad and wings with it, and it's still less than Caruso's single pizza. I don't know who is responsible for this experience, but we would have been much better off getting a frozen pizza at the supermarket for $7. I never complain on here, but I feel taken advantage of financially, and hope this doesn't happen to other folks who just want a decent pizza every once in a while. Best of luck to everyone, will never order from Caruso's again.
