Chili was dry (have never had DRY chili) assuming from too many unexpected beans.. but taste was just off. Brisket was very fatty and bland (didn't even eat 1/4 of it). Chicken thigh was very dry.. Was so excited to try but so disappointed ☹️ Beans and potato salad were very good tho!

Brisket Quesadilla was 70% cheese and 30% fat with minimal actual meat. Very disappointing.
