I ordered & paid for a small sundae with strawberry & banana. The banana was missing, yet there was no adjustment to what I paid ($0.99). Not a happy camper. There has to be a way for these adjustments & communication between the vendor & customer ('we are out of bananas) to occur.

Small cookie and cream shake is so small and it's $8. Definitely wont be reordering as it wasnt worth it.

I ordered a cake. wanTed the cake to say congratulations.thats what I paI'd for we got congrats. then when I cut thencake. the center had a hugebwhole in it. I'm just not happy with this cake. it's not the first time this has happened. I've been getting ice cream cakes from carvel for over 50 years. latell the last 2 have had this issue.
