excellent service. went out of their way to contact me for instructions for Square Ice Cream Celebration Cake decorations and made it beautiful!!! 30 minutes from ordering to delivery to my door and all was frozen cold!!! Big selection, really helpful and fast!! I'd say 10 outta 10! YAY CARVEL DELIVERS!!

Didn't bring me my Numbered Candles, also, the Square Ice Cream Celebration Cake felt way too small. All of it along with a Strawberry Shortcake Sundae Dasher® cost almost 60 dollars.

I ordered and paid for a large vanilla caramel sundae with rainbow sprinkles and Bordeaux cherries. Instead I got a small vanilla sundae with rainbow sprinkles. Not the same thing. I am owed the large sundae I ordered and paid for. Thank you.
