This franchise uses the medium size at every ither carvel as their large. So if you're expecting a large. Don't order before 9 PM. They'll send someone to another carvel where they are not cheap either thru sizes (milkshakes).

They have smaller cups then other Carvel establishments. And they charge the same price sometimes I get one screw up or two separate drinks. They are also supposed to have the order ready for the DoorDash driver and he runs up having to wait online like a customer.

This franchise is very cheap because if you order from the one in Port Washington a large is over 30 ounces and when you order a large here in Glen Cove, you get a 16 ounce. So you should be given a choice that is uniform since it's supposed to be the same company. This is why I hate franchisees.

Never have what I order. I asked for scooped iced cream and I get soft serve. How can they run out of harder iced cream ? Go to the one in port Washington. It's worth the extra tip.
