This by far is my favorite location. Always very nice. Flavors always changing, and a nice throwback feel to when I was a kid. Customer for life!

The Reese's dasher came with no chocolate or whipped cream. Came in a different container that is much smaller than the usual one and there is barely any toppings. It was basically a cup of vanilla soft serve. The banana foster dasher was the same, barely any toppings.

I ordered 6 bonnets and a cake and instead of contacting me that they did not have the cake or the bonnets I ordered, they only gave me 3 bonnets and no cake. They should have called and apologized that they did not have the items and cancelled the order. Terrible customer service. My dasher said they didn't want to call.

The Pumpkin Cheesecake Sundae Dasher® was gross. It was liquid (not the dashers fault it arrived quickly) with two inches of crunchies and caramel. I couldn't even eat it. The liquid also had a very sour taste. Really disappointing
