Fudge Brownie Sundae Dasher® was completely melted, even though it took not even 10 minutes from the time I placed the order to it being dropped off. The topping to ice cream ratio was way off - too much toppings for the amount of ice cream in the cup. All I could taste was the hot fudge and brownies, no ice cream at all due to the amount put in. Would not order it through DoorDash again.

The Cinnabon® Scooped was overly sweet and had a weird texture, it was kinda bready? But the Scooped Ice Cream was wonderful as always.

Maybe a styrofaom cup would help the ice cream stay cold? Terrible choice for delivery no thought is put into the order.

Jay, if you're still there please take a minute to understand how frustrating it is to keep paying $14.99 for a quart and never getting a full quart. As you know I have been ordering from you for a long time now. I just want what I pay for.
