This is Saturday day my family and I are having family time so I order the ice cream, Carvel customer service is so horrible that do not take the time to double check the order to be sure every item was packed. Ruin my entire evening everyone waiting with anticipation to discover the biggest item is missing my banana boat. Thank you Carvel every customer deserves above and beyond service,but your Carvel worker took me and my family for granted.
