Ordered birthday cakes twice, always fresh and delicous. So much better than supermarket cakes. They were able to add the colors I wanted and the message by ordering ahead of time on Doordash. Happy repeat customer.

The custard certainly is fresh but there is just something different about Carvel today versus Carvel years ago. It feels like the soft serve is over-whipped and almost dry. It used to be moist and creamy but now it feels almost like the cream is overchurned and on the verge of breaking.

Got the NutellaSoft Serve Made with Nutella® Icecream it doesn't taste like Nutella very disappointed.
