They have a pretty extensive vegetarian menu, which I really appreciate and their spinach enchiladas are freaking amazing! My meal came with chips and salsa, both of were which were delicious, and you can tell everything is made with care. I haven't tried the chile relleno I got for later, but it looks delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon 🙏

The Steak Fajitas were decent and there was a lot of steak. A bit under-seasoned but decent, 3 out of 5 is fair.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Huge portion sizes, big flavors, and the sides like salsa/guac were generous. We will definitely order again and hope to stop in and eat at the restaurant soon we loved our dinner so much!

The Nachos Supreme and Queso Dip were delicious! Casa Colima is seriously the BEST Mexican Food restaurant in the NW!

Enchilada sauce was not good and the chimichanga was soggy. Food tasted microwaved not fresh. I have bought better enchilada sauce at Fred Meyer. The relleno was good though.
