They are the Best Mexican food! The chicken Kids Quesadilla was the perfect size for my kids and they loved the rice and beans. They weren't spicy and it was hot and fresh when dropped off! The walnut brownie is by far their best item and I would 10/10 recommend!

Best Mexican food ever!!! Tinga Tinga Tinga!!!! Order it and find out!!!! You can have them make any dish with the Tinga in it!!!! The portions are perfect! And everything there is always fresh!!!! And if you decide to eat there, you will get the best refried beans for you chip dipping pleasure!!!

I ordered the Enchilades California, but the chicken tasted canned and the dish heavy, so... No, I would not order it again. What I DID like was that the dinner tray was simply organized, and the beans and rice on it were delicious. Some similar venues throw everything imaginable onto the tray (multiple small salsa cups, a few thin chips,, a couple of cold tortillas, etc.) and much of it mixes in with the main entree or side dishes, muddying them up , and resulting in it all being thrown out together. In this case., a single large salsa cup was served on the side, together with a generous bag of chips, that could be enjoyed separately. It was all that was needed to accompany the meal!!

Iam very impressed with Casa Las Katarinas food. I wanted something so I went with the Vegetarian Quesadilla and it was good! The way they made the food outshines other Mexican options in nevada county.

The BEST Mexican restaurant, in this area. Four years ordering from here, I've never had an issue. I highly recommend everything! Fresh ingredients, with big portions.
