queso was hot, good taste, and good consistency
salsa is one of the better salsas in the area. slight heat, but not overpowering.

I get that prices are high, but if this place gets any cheaper with their chips, I am done. I get a half empty bag of chips for a bowl of queso that is already expensive as hell. the quesadilla was a meal for one and the queso was for another. So no chips for the salsa with the meal I purchased. CHIPS ARE NOT THAT EXPENSIVE....QUIT BEING CHEAP!

AMAZING FOOD! THE QUALITY WAS OUTSTANDING! I order flautas and the place I had been ordering them from always came either over fried and tough or rubbery. CASA MARIA HAD THE BEST FLAUTAS I'VE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE. THEY WERE PERFECTLY COOKED, CRISPY BUT NOT OVERCOOKED. THE CHICKEN WAS INCREDIBLY JUICY, IT WAS SHREDDED PERFECTLY AND FILLED THE ENTIRE TORTILLA ABSOLUTELY THE BEST FLAUTAS IVE EVER HAD! It arrived hot and THE QUESO IS AMAZING ALSO! THE Funnel Cake Fries WERE OUTSTANDING AS WELL! THIS WILL BE MY NEW REGULAR MEXICAN FOOD PLACE! IT WAS HANDS DOWN SOME OF THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! My only complaint would be they need to up their max order amount. If your fajitas are almost $30 each, the cap should be higher.
The food was delicious though!!
