Didn't even know this truck existed. Looked at the menu and I was sold. I had Mama noodles and the special eggroll southwest chicken. Also ordered chicken fried rice. Amazing flavor! Found my new fave place! my only negative thing to say, is I wish the eggrolls were bigger. But I'll order again for sure!

The birria tacos did not disappoint! They are always so juicy and tender. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the chicken strips. They were dry and hard to eat. If they were taken out a little sooner they would have been amazing.

Paid an extra $3 for beef bulgogi on the noodles and only had about 3 dime sized pieces of beef in there for both entrees I bought. This would be good as a post-bar mid meal, but probably could also easily make at home. Not worth the price.

Everything on this platter was really good. Lots of flavor! And the chicken southwest eggrolls were also great. I will say they were kind of thin but still full of flavor. This was my first time trying this place, but im glad I did. Will definitely order again.

PHENOMENAL RICE, HUBBY NORMALLY WILL NOT EAT IT AND THAT IS WHAT HE ATE THE MOST! MAMA NOODLES WERE AWESOME TOO, WHAT I HAD. HE ALSO LOVED THE PORK BELLY SLIDERS BUT HE IS JUST IN TOTAL LOVE WITH THE RICE!
