Day 2 for this amazing Cacio E Pepe with blackened chicken....when I open the container which I can use as a dinner plate so saves a dirty dish later! The look and aroma set the vibe and all I need is a fork, the remote and a napkin. Yay for me!

This pasta reminds me of my Grandmothers cooking simple but high quality fresh ingredients and the portion was enough to save some for the next day this is my go to Pasta place

I got the whipped ricotta and the vodka pasta. Pasta was great, which it always is, but they gave me no bread so I had nothing to actually eat the ricotta with! Usually they do give bread so I was surprised.
