The Casavana breakfast was delicious. My Sister and I ate one and we enjoyed it.
The scrambled eggs and pancakes were fluffy. We had more than enough syrup, butter and jam given to us. The ham was yummy.
This was a lot of food for the money, enough that we didn't have enough stomach space to finish the tostadas. (Saving those for later!) I have the Caesar Salad in the fridge for later and the empanada in the microwave for a mid-day snack!
The only feedback is that the cafe con leche was very strong and we needed to put quite a bit of sugar to get it just right. I recommend 5 to 6 sugar packs that they give you to make it as delicious as mom or abuela makes it!
Also, the tostadas were a little on the colder side. Nothing a 10 to 15 seconds in the microwave can't fix, but I wanted to include it to keep this review honest.
Overall, lots of good tasting food at good price.

I have a nice big portion of fish but the fish was overcooked and the crust was quite hard very rubbery I had to spit it out, and the inside was dried up. no I did not enjoy it and I am very disappointed. that means whoever made it was not in a very good mood and was not into it. most of the time this is my very favorite dish. the black beans were too salty.

I would take a picture of the loaded Tostones Rellenos but I ate it so fast, I didn't even get a chance to. Fresh and delicious, every single time!
The Sandwich de Pollo had multiple pieces in, super satisfying!

the breaded chicken fillet was absolutely huge and it was really delicious nice and crispy. the rice and black beans was also very good and tasty. the plantains were kind of hard. but I enjoyed my meal quite a bit everything was fresh it tasted good it was seasoned properly and yes I would order it again.

I'm Cuban but live in HTX, I came to MIA last year and had the famous Casavana ham croquettes, they were deliciousssss so I had to try them again. Obviously did not disappoint, however I didn't order their cilantro sauce that pairs perfectly with the croquettes. I tried the Cuban sandwich for the first time and really enjoyed it, I recommend adding onion and tomato for extra flavor! Overall a very delicious Cuban place!
