Fish was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Coleslaw was light but filling. I would definitely order again!

I purchased a Juicy Nookie Burger but I was sent a regular cheese burger. The food wasn't sealed and the driver had access to it.
I usually get the Pot O'gold Wings. I ordered 8, only 7 wings came. Very very dissatisfied with the service. Either from overpaying for food I didn't receive or the poor packing.
Nook is losing some steam or customer service mindset.

Normally The Nook is legendary. Not today. The burger was dry, rubbery and flavorless. The fries were a greasy, soggy clumped together nest of failure. In this economy $50 worth of food needs to be executed better especially with the Casper and Runyon's name attached to it.

Food doesn't travel well. Fries VERY soggy. Biggest disappointment was the Triple B burger— usually my favorite, but I think they only put about a quarter teaspoon of sauce on it these days. Really disappointing.

California burger was a mess cheese on the paper instead of the bun/ fries we're burnt and inedible/ wings were subpar/after seeing this place on diners drive in and dives i was excited but ended up being disappointed
