We have had many a Caspers dog in our time - Casper Dog, Polish, Hot Link, Cheese Dog, but until today, had never ordered a Chili Cheese Dog before. SO disappointing!! The dog itself was tasty, the cheese flavorful, but the chili… the chili had BEANS IN IT!!
The rest of the order was spot on, and we recommend Caspers highly, but avoid the Chili Dog & Chili Cheese Dog!

Every time we order the Polish Dog. The picture shows cheese on the Polish Dog. We have ordered the Polish Dog, and it would come without any cheese. If you want cheese, your only way to get it, is to PAY EXTRA. Somehow this seems wrong, what do you think?

Was, steel, and will always be the best hot dog restaurant in the bay area at least in this person's opinion I remember coming to this place back in the day when I attended high school down the street, this place it has been a tradition in Richmond for a long timeHot dogs are great of course a snap the freshly made and grated cheese the bun excellentI remember when they served milkshakes I didn't see it on the menu this time hopefully I overlooked it but the milkshakes were great then and always the bag of potato chips complemented the hotdogs well two thumbs up to tradition thanks Caspers

The Polish dogs are very yummy for the tummy. But, I don't understand about the cheese. I like cheese on my Polish Dogs, and I expected cheese on it. But, if you want cheese, you have to select the "EXTRA CHEESE" and pay 98 cents more. To me this sounds like the Polish Dog comes with cheese, and if you want extra cheese, you then select "Extra Cheese" and pay extra for more cheese. So shouldn't cheese be part of the condiments (cheese isn't even listed), and then extra cheese you pay the 98 cents?
