Supreme Tostada did not have a crunchy shell, was just 2 flat corn tortillas with everything on top, tortillas of course got soggy by the time the order got to me. #3 Cheese Enchiladas (2) Combo was underwhelming, heavy on tortillas, light on filling.

The reviewers say to get the sauces. I checked all over the menu to order sauces. There is no way. You can order a side of guacamole, which I did but no way to indicate mild, hot, green, cream sauce. So, under all four meal orders. I wrote a note to include sauces in cups. Did they do it? No. So I have a pile of bland, over processed Mexican food. Since I'm in a hotel room, I have no access to even tobasco. Also the crunchy tacos were not crunchy. And the meat used is vile tasteless ground meat with gristle in it. Taco Bell or Del Taco would have been a better choice, less expensive and at least I would have my packets of sauce. All for $129+!

The food tasted horrible and it was cold. I ordered the California Burrito (1lb). The meat was tasteless and tough.

I have to admit, after I placed my order I looked up this place on Yelp and the reviews scared me a bit (but my order was already placed). Fortunately, everything was pretty good. The Carne Asada Fries were tasty (but I wish the fries were crispy). The Al Pastor was dry but the flavor wasn't bad. Chicken inside the floutas was fantastic. Overall I'm content with my order that arrived on a Wednesday night around 6:15pm. (PS per their delivery bag they are open 24/7)

The carne asada fríes were undercooked and the ground beef was flavorless. It was clear the taquitos came out of a freezer bag and straight into the frier, but were not made crispy. Overall a disappointing experience.
