• 9/12/25The Grains Bowl with chicken is less than half full. My wife's Greens + Grains Bowl she asked for full protein and got 2 small falafel. The brownie is about the size of 1 inch bite and the hummus is in side container and half empty. Disgraceful portions and ripoff.

• 1/10/26If you can count on one thing it's that your order will be incorrect when you order online. I ordered a Greens + Grains Bowl and it had no greens. Several toppings were not added and things I didn't request were included. While the portion was a good size the taste was not good. The lentils were not fresh, many of them were hard as rocks and inedible. Unfortunately I will not order from Cava in Ellis Preserve again. They are regularly out of the main elements of a salad.

• 2/16/26The portion was extremely small. Definitely wasn't the same amount I would've gotten if I was in the store itself. Also asked for double scoops of toppings and either didn't get them or only got one scoop.
