CAVA is one of my "go to's" when it comes to choosing a healthy and delicious salad!!! I always choose the "Greens & Grains" bowl as it's packed with so much flavor, tastes very nutritious, and is very satisfying! There are always leftovers for the next day which is an added bonus. If you are in the mood for a hearty and wholesome treat, I highly recommend this store!!!

I wish I could rate this 10 stars. So dang good. Don't love the side of eggplant, wasn't worth $5 but the Falafel Crunch bowl was AMAZING. At first it didn't look like much but then ya mix it up and it was the perfect size bowl and tasted fresh! Best thing and I can't wait to order again!!!

This was the best Cava I've had by far. Proportions of everything was great and the perfect portion size. Everything was very fresh 10/10 would order again. It was better than ordering in person at the Christiana location

the portion was small, and the fish was small. when I sit and eat, my bowl is filled to the top. today, both of my bowls I ordered were half full. and for more than $20 for each bowl, it should be filled, and my roasted vegetables were not on either bowl

If you physically go to the store, the value is fine, if you get delivery the bowls are half filled, orders for "extra" chicken, olives, whatever is ignored, but they
charge for the "extra" portions you don't receive. This has happened every delivery, I would not order from them again even though the food is good.
