very good didnt skim on the portions either. sometimes restaurants like this skim on delivery orders they did not.

I'm upset to pay 20$ for a bowl with like 6 pieces of tiny chicken in it plus my cucumbers were missing and I barely had any hummus and ordered 3 kinds.

Rice clumpy , food looked dry and nothing close to fresh , the portions look like a child's portion , I've had cava many times before this is just sad

My experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered brown rice, but instead of preparing my order correctly, they gave me whatever they wanted me to have. The bowl was a mixed-up mess, with more black beans than anything else. They were out of yogurt, added hot peppers that I did not request, and did not provide any utensils. I've heard so many people talking about this place, so I was looking forward to trying it. Sadly, the food was so poorly prepared that I had to throw it away. It was a complete waste of $22. This was, by far, one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. I plan to reach out to the corporate office.

For the price the food should have been larger portion. Expected large salad and for a side salad. Brownies are $3 and some change and it is tiny.
