This place is one of the best restaurants in Knoxville.
Healthier fresh tasting options are here, and it's great that they are conscious of food packaging as well.
The heat is real in the sauces and Harissa.
Don't forget to add extra protein and careful UTH pita crisps. They are too good.
Definitive go to.

Portions were very underwhelming for the price. My dressing container was not even filled halfway. I got the Tahini Caesar and to call it Caesar is a stretch. At least the lemonade was good.

Although the flavor was terrific (the only reason I gave 2nd star), the order was a disaster. Both items were missing half of what we requested on them. Additionally, the portions were absolutely tiny for the prices. We paid roughly $16 for what amounted to a side salad.

Cava salad bowls make me a better person. The feta dip is so delicious in the bowl. The portion is really too. I get avo, feta, falafel, spicy broccoli, cucumber, pickled onions, arugula base, hummus and crazy feta , and the lemon dressing. So. Soooo good.
