This location is very stingy when it comes to the ingredients especially the sauce. It's always below half. You would think there rationalizing for whatever reason. Definitely recommend elmwood location ! Other than that, the food is fresh.

I got the Salmon + Yogurt Dill bowl and it was so yummy! the zest of the yogurt dill went perfectly with the taste of the salmon. i changed out the onions and tomato for cucumber and tomato, arugula for spinach, and added fetta and the whole bowl was just so refreshing! the blueberry lemonade i had was lacking a lemonade taste but im sure that was because of the ice melting. overall 10/10 just might buy once a week now!

Usually really good, but today, was lacking topping.only got 4 tomatoes and hardly any cucumber and dry steak. Completely disappointing. First time I had cava it was so fresh and well prepared didnt event need dressing. Today was the worst.

I dine in with CAVA a lot so I'm familiar with how much meat is served when you order double meat. My bowl was noticeably lacking in protein when I ordered double meat online with door dash. The meal in general just didn't taste the freshest. The meat it did have was small pieces, almost like it was the last in the pan they scoop it from

food was excellent, I got the Steak + Harissa very flavorful, my partner got a Salad Bowl with chicken andthe chicken was juicy and well seasoned. would have been 5 stars but they forgot our pita bread.
