One of my favorite restaurants! Great food, handled with care, awesome healthy alternative, best customer service. If you get a chance, definitely visit in person the staff is amazing!

This was the second time I ordered from this location hoping it would be better, but I was once again very disappointed. I've ordered the same dish many times from other Cazba locations, and this one is by far the worst. The flavour of the rice and meat is very bland and dry. So I've now learned my lesson and won't make the same mistake of ordering from this specific Cazba anymore.

The meat taste was amazing specially the loghmeh. But there was not enough rice to last the entire meal. I recommend extra scoop of rice or have a free option to add extra scoop for rce lovers.

The Best food! Healthy, always fresh. I have and will continue to order again. The portions have gone down in size but still very delicious:) the Tachin with lamb, Koobideh , Ghormeh Sabzi , Zereshk Polo, Shirazi salad. So many delicious options! 5 Stars all day long.

Meat & rice were very dry. HALF a tomato was provided which was had zero char to it and was well undercooked.
