The woman at the florist was super nice and called me quickly about a typo I had on the card and to let me know she only had 10/12 long stem roses for the arrangement but would substitue with other flowers (which she did) and it WOULD have looked great if it had not been for the DoorDash driver who clearly let it fall over. Everything was shifted to one side, smashed and was delivered to the wrong address.
