BEST bubble and milk teas in the state. Always perfect, neat, delicious and authentic tasting. The service is the best and Cece's is an adorable and tea spot for meet ups, dates and a lovely atmosphere.

They were so nice they gave us two hand written notes.made us feel very happy and we had a good laugh. Iwould  highly recommend this place the boba is to die for  and for a good price

Love Cece Bubbles. Have the tapioca boba from other places and nothing is ever better than Cece Bubbles!!!!

I've been going to cece's since it opened earlier this year! Today I ordered the mango milk tea and it was awesome. I have to say that the brown sugar boba is my go-to though! I love this place and recommend it to everyone near it!!<3

First time trying out this place and the matcha milk tea tastes so good!  Very subtle with the flavor and taste.  I would definitely come back again !
