All steaks are served with dinner or Caesar salad and your choice of side. Great Steak additions sautéed mushroom | grilled onions | sautéed mushrooms and grilled onions | fried or grilled shrimp for an additional charge rare: cool or warm red center medium rare: warm and mostly pink to red center medium: pronounced bank of pink in the middle medium well: mostly gray-brown with a hint of pink inside well: grayish-brown with no sign on pink, usually slightly charred on outside (not responsible for well done).
