Best Lamb Kebab I've had in years . Salad was fresh and the meat was delicious. Very generous serve as well , will definitely be coming back

The Chicken Meat Box presentation is awesome, the portion is generous and, most importantly, it tastes amazing. the chicken is as good as I've always remembered but it was my first time trying the biryani and it is wonderful.
The Charcoal Chicken comes with sauce that compliments it really well.

Hot Chicken Roll paper wrapping stuck to roll and meat made a big mess ,needs better packaging, otherwise very generous serve and tasty.

Great tasting meals,Portuguese Portuguese Chicken and Chicken Kebab were so good! Greek Salad was fresh and tasty, olives nice and salty, only small negative was there was only one piece of feta cheese in the salad.

Absolute slop. The very first time I bought from this store the quality was good and I ordered again the next day which was good too. After that the past 5-10 meat boxes I have ordered have been absolute slop. Soggy chips, fatty meat, overdoing the sauce for some reason?
I seperated the chips and meat so I could do a review. The meat on the top of the plate is all fat, or meat with mostly fat.
I started requesting "can I please have crispy chips" but still came in soggy, no care, probably got upset for me 'telling' them what to do, although just a genuine request.
I never rated their store from the first two orders (I never do any store), you would think that going back to the store and buying from them again shows the appreciation. Some stores and people get very upset when you don't thumbs up their store, regardless of returning customers, for some weird reason.
The price of the meat boxes is absurd, you have to pay for 'extra meat' in order to get a meat box that is still smaller than other restaurants, which costs $31.45 with cheese. Other restaurants usually charge $22-28.
Complete lack of care for the customers and the quality of the food.
Took me a lot of orders from this store without giving bad reviews. I thought to be understanding that they might be having a bad night. But every order since the first two have been absolute slop for some reason, not caring for customers and quality, or purposely doing it because they are upset for some weird reason.
Regardless, after spending so much money at the store only for them to give me slop multiple times in a row, it's time to leave an honest review.
The food went in the bin.
It's possible they changed owners, it is not the same charcoal chicken from 10 years ago.
