Jesus, compared to the quality I'm used to from this franchise, this location has a mountain to climb. My Fries and my PHILLY CHEESESTEAK were bland beyond belief, their usual aroma nowhere near as pungent or mouth watering. They were falling apart at the seams, especially the sandwich with ridiculous proportions in comparison to the flimsy bread. Lastly the Lemonade, one of the best parts of the Meal, while normally sweet and delightfully fruity was bitter with pulp replacing the usual fruit-chunks lining the bottom. In all my time as a customer of Charley's I have never experienced this low of a dip in quality, I would recommend any other location than this one. Especially the Willow Grove Location, with the love and care they put into your Meals there.

Bacon cheese fries were amazing, good quality all around. Mozzarella sticks were good, a little cold but tasted good, only came with 4 which seems low for the price but is what it is. Cheesesteak wasnt horrible by any means

They always give me extra boneless wings! This has been my favorite food since I was in elementary school now im 18 and still nothing can top it! It's always freshly made and with love. Their Chicken California is the best you need to try it!
