Food was fast, fresh, piled high, hot and delicious! Best cheesesteaks around. We killed our sandwiches so fast, fries were great too, not at all soggy, just cheesy and good.

It was amazing!! Definitely going to be one of my favorite places to eat during my frequent trips to Ashland. The sub roll itself was soft not hard, the grilled mushrooms/onions/green peppers were not overly grilled and still had that crunch like texture. The pickles were a great taste and not your average "subway"/"burger" type pickles. The lettuce and tomatoes were crisp not wet or wilted or unripe taste like some places. I really am amazed by the flavor and crisp of everything together. The bacon & cheese fries were warm and tasty that my 1 yr old practically ate the whole thing. The lemonade wasn't bitter or overly sugared. Overall, best philly and fries I've had in a long time. Bonus points on the veggies tasting fresh and not frozen or overly refrigerated!

Both the STEAK COMBO and the BACON CHIPOTLE CHICKEN had a light amount of toppings. Charley's always has a decent amount of toppings, hence the high prices. the food was cold, so I know it was made as soon as I ordered and not when they picked it up. Also, my STEAK COMBO didn't have pickles, which I added as an extra. I am very disappointed because this was one of my favorite places to eat, and my "go-to" restaurant when I mall shop. We pay alot for these subs, and they should be made like $15+ subs.

CHICKEN PHILLY had a good bit of chicken,  but not many peppers, onions or mushrooms and the bread was really soggy. tasted OK though not as good as usual.
