This food reminds me of home! I had been looking for fries with cheese and bacon that taste like Puerto Rico for so long because Wendy's over there tastes so good but these taste exactly like over there and now I can't eat anywhere else and their sandwiches to die for and I'm a picky eater so I'm trying new things and they are very good

I have eaten at Charley's many times. Today, the meat was rubbery. The tea is extremely bitter. My food was not in any sealed packaging, so it was vulnerable to tampering. I was under the impression that it was standard practice to at least make food and drinks difficult to access or at least sealed to the point where it would be noticed by the consumer

I ordered extra teriyaki sauce and extra grilled onions but it seems like the normal amount. The Chicken Teriyaki was still good. Ultimate Gourmet Fries are awesome as always. Thanks guys!!!
