The CHEESE & BACON FRIES were disappointing. The fries themselves were undercooked and not in the least bit crispy. The portion was generous, and the cheese sauce and bacon were tasty, but the fries were completely unsatisfactory.

Sandwiches ordered lacked meat and lettuce used was iceberg lettuce that was in big chunks. The sauce had good flavor. Probably won't order again until the issues are fixed. I also ordered a regular steak sandwich and same issues. The CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE was good and definitely worth trying. I also ordered the PEACH LEMONADE. I liked the flavor and appreciated the little chunks of peach at the bottom for that added flavor profile.

The large CHICKEN TERIYAKI  sandwich was huge - definitely enough for two people.  It was pretty bland, however, and did not have a lot of teriyaki sauce.  I would suggest ordering extra sauce.  The ULTIMATE FRIES were okay, but nothing to write home about.

Ordered the BACON 3 CHEESESTEAK with extra bacon and barely received 2 strips while still being chared the extra fee for more bacon.
