So we ordered from here all the time. There have been a few times they have forgotten stuff or it wasn't right but we love this place so we let it slide but today is the last day I will ever order or go to Charlie Browns. We ordered two of the Caribbean Jerk Chicken sandwiches with fries as well as the hot pepper cheese. The hot pepper cheese was fine however our sandwiches arrived as chopped chicken and no sandwich buns or anything that comes on the sandwich literally just chopped chicken it was seasoned with jerk seasoning but that was literally it and we also did not receive our fries that come with it either. So of course I contacted DoorDash and they gave me a refund however as I said in the beginning as this was one of multiple times this has happened I've decided to call Charlie Brown's not for a refund but just to let them know that the order was prepared wrong and we received the wrong items and we didn't even receive some of our order to which they replied take it up with a DoorDash and then proceeded to hang up on me when like I said I love Charlie browns and would like to continue to order from them so I just wanted to bring it to their attention I wasn't trying to be a Karen or anything like that but because of this experience I am sad to say I will no longer be eating here or ordering from here oh and I almost forgot the person who hung up on me was the manager. Way to put a sour taste in my mouth.
