The Chicken Fried Steak Dinner was cooked perfect! We asked for enough gravy to cover the steak and received a big cup of gravy each. Our sides were roll, okra and mash/gravy. All were very good.
The amount of food you get for the price can not be beat! Definitely, will order again.

I paid $14 for four pieces of chicken. The rest of it is literally jalapeños and onions. The pieces of chicken are flat and overcooked. In the past, I've gotten at least 12 to 15 pieces of chicken nugget

Always good. Nothing fancy about it, just good in a simple way. The seasonings they use for the chicken (chunk or bone-in) makes it special. The mashed potatoes taste like the ones my mom made when I was a kid. I also like the 1960's school cafeteria dinner rolls.

I have never had any issues, regarding food quality, with any of the Charlies Chicken restaurants, around Tulsa. I had ordered livers (which they are the only place that makes them right, usually) and when delivered there were several, larger livers, with dark pink/undercooked meat in the middle. I'm sure this is just a one time thing. And I will eat there again.

Very tasty. We don't have Charlie's where I live, thought I'd give it a try and it's really good. The chunk chicken is tender and juicy, and the breading is seasoned really well. Kind of reminds me of 1960's KFC, when it was good. Rolls are great too, reminds me of school cafeteria rolls also in the 1960's. So if your memories resemble mine, you're gonna like Charlie's.
