Today was my first time eating here since it changed hands. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was excellent. Best burger by far in town. Very comparative higher end options in the area.
The staff is great, smiles and very helpful. I look forward to returning and trying more of their selections.

They should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do for the size of this Country Fried Steak that I received. The green beans have no seasoning on them. The cornbread was extremely dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy were ok. The Southern Peach Cobbler is a bowl of bread. There were 3 pieces of peach in the entire bowl.

The food has changed tremendously. It seems the quality since their issues with COVID and opening for dinner has gone downhill. We enjoyed going there for breakfast/lunch almost every other Saturday. The corned beef in the Ruben was tough, cut very thick, the fries are seasoned and not worth the calories. My husband had the chicken fried steak which looked and tasted like a pre-frozen patty with a bland white gravy. The peach cobbler was awful just an overly sweet mush. Sorry guys it's a no from us.

Today is the first time I tried your restaurant. I ordered collard greens with mashed potatoes and pinto beans. The collard greens were pretty good, but they needed more flavor. The pinto beans tasted like they came out of a can, but someone added bell peppers to them, and that was kind of gross. The mashed potatoes were just OK but they really had no flavor. I wanted some cornbread, but your DoorDash Paige does not offer the option to get cornbread and I don't know why. All in all it was a fairly decent meal. I don't know if I would order from you guys again though. I'd like to try the catfish but don't know if I want to spend that much.

Food is always good but the first time ordering, they loaded us down with so much. Now this time ordering, we received 1/3 of the portion? Very odd.
