Really enjoyed the pizza, had Pesto Chicken and Pulled Pork. Fresh and tasty.

I ordered Garlic Bread. Instead of just removing it when it is out of stock and giving me a refund, you replaced it with something more expensive (that I did not want), and (which makes it worse) charged me for the difference. If you are not going to refund me for the out of stock item I would at least expect someone to contact me to let me know the situation and give me optipns. Instead you made a decision for me.

I've had a pizza from here before which was quite good but this was my first time ordering the seafood pizza.
Firstly I would not call it a seafood pizza. It's a prawn pizza with a couple of mussels/clams on it. I couldn't detect any other seafood.
Secondly it was a sloppy mess. It had cheese on top which held together but underneath it was just sloppy. When I attempted to pick up a slice the topping slid off into a heap which just left a watery/tomatoey limp triangle. I basically ate it with a knife and fork which did not resemble eating pizza at all.
Thirdly, and worst of all for me personally, the prawns had the tails left on them. So after the first couple of mouthfuls of spitting out crunchy prawn tails I had to pick off all of the prawns to remove the tails and then try to reapply them. This only added to the sloppy mess I already mentioned.
I'll consider ordering a pizza from here again but I'll never order this particular topping again.

This is the second time I've ordered from this store. Nice pizzas. My only gripe is that the 2nd order was placed ahead of time and the pizzas were cold - almost cardboard- when they arrived. Still good when warmed up though.
