• 2/7/26I asked for a large banana Classic Milkshake and it looks like a small shake... I know for a fact that this is not how their large shakes look.. So I just paid $5 or $6 on what?? And $28 on an order not correct???

• 1/13/25I understand it's 1:30 in the morning when I place the order but the drink was red water with carbonation. I ordered a lemonade. the chicken sandwich was dark brown from the oil not being changed. I will save the chicken strips were fresh. • 4/18/25Bag was open. Waited 40 minutes for cold food. Funnel Cake Fries was half empty. Chicken Bites Box Combo was all fries, barely any chicken. No sauce with Buff Fry-Seasoned Tenders Combo, wasn't fry seasoned.

• 2/13/24I ordered a Steakhouse Double sandwich with a large order of fries. What I received was wrong to put it mildly. I received a Sourdough Double Melt with little to no condiments as described. The sandwich was extremely dry and had no flavor at all. The fries were soggy and tasted old. I am so very disappointed that even though I did try to contact the store directly I have not heard from anyone yet. I have ordered from this location numerous times and this is the first time the food was not on point at all. I will think twice before ordering again.
