• 7/19/25Ordered through DoorDash it showed up over 20 minutes late so of course it was cold. It tasted burnt so I looked inside and the bunn was completely black. My Coke Zero tasted like Diet Coke. I live in Texas and when I'm here I look forward to eating here but it was very disappointing.

• 7/13/25Dasher waited at store forever for food but instead of food arriving fresh it was very old tasting. The burgers had been obviously sitting, were lukewarm warm and the fries were old and soggy. One of the burgers was so charred it was inedible. Really disappointing for a $50 order!

• 7/20/23Got two big Buford combos and the burgers were delicious but made super sloppy. Half the cheese was left in the wrapper in one and the other had all the condiments dripping out of it because it had too much. They were just thrown together. The worst was the XL fries I ordered was only filled 3/4. The person who ordered them only had that and they didn't really get their full order. Very frustrating when you dont get what you pay for.
