• 1/5/25The absolute BEST deli sandwiches ever...forget subway...consistent quality and worth every bit of the price they charge, the size of the sandwiches are fantastic, very big and stacked abundantly. Appreciate the many options to add-on..I like sprouts on my sandwiches and different breads, like having those as a choice....as a Sous Chef, Cheers Deli is doing it the right way..I highly recommend to everyone..Cheers!

• 3/11/25WOW. Just wow wow wow wow. This place deserves to be on Travel Channel or Food Network! Ever watch commercials for sub shops that show beautiful sandwiches loaded with meat and toppings, and then you order it, and its nothing like the commercial, and usually tiny? This place is THE REAL DEAL, truly unbelievable, you really do get as much meat as shown in the pics! Each HALF of the sandwich had as much meat as the size of my FIST! We ordered two sandwiches and they were both phenomenal. Its not just quantity here either, the quality, taste, and freshness is top-notch. The price is absolutely worth what you get. Im almost in tears, this is the first sub-shop that Ive ever been to where I didnt feel like I should have ordered more meat or I needed chips to feel full, or I got ripped off, etc. Super fresh bread, too. Im going to tell everyone I know to order from here. I'll be ordering all the time moving forward. A++++ Absolutely worth the food and price; this is a real meal. Thanks!

• 1/5/25I've had Cheers Deli plenty of times in person so was ELATED to find they finally landed on DD. This is hands down, top two, if not the BEST sandwich shop around for miles. If you live in Tierrasanta, Lakeside, Santee, San Carlos, La Mesa area, not sure there's anything that beats them. I ordered the Honey Bacon Club and it was a 5/5 as usual. Normally they include a side of either potato salad or macaroni salad gratis, which is amazing. Tonight, I got coleslaw. That was only bummer. Never had that before. I didn't eat it, might taste amazing, just wasn't paired well imo.

• 7/17/25We just made the exact same order, so I think that speaks for itself. Hubby said it's the best sandwich he ever had. I stick to it being the best tuna sandwich I ever had. This time hubby picked order up and came back raving about the stores decor and cleanliness. I promote small businessess, so I will probably go and profile it.
