The best Chinese food around. The house Special Wonton Soup is amazing!!! I literally have had no better soup. I also LOVE the salt and pepper fish and the Mongolian beef is super fresh and delicious. I cant stop getting the same thing each time as it is so good but I am sure all items are wonderful!

Everything is delicious and we get a lot of food. The 5. Beef With Broccoli was cooked well and had great flavor. 8. Hot And Sour Soup also had a good depth of flavor with lots of good bites of meat, egg, and tofu in it. My husband devoured the 2. Bbq Pork Chow Mein. And the sauce that came with the pot 4. Pot Stickers ( 6) was amazing. We love this spot!

7. Chow Fun With Beef, Chicken, Or Bbq Pork
It's good chow fun, only complaint is it's almost half bean sprout/onion mix and half noodles wish I was getting primarily noodles. The beef is tender and there's a good amount and its not dry.

as a Chinese person, this is one of the only places I can found 1. Vegetarian Egg Fu Yung the way I grew up eating it with my family. The 6. Pepper Salt Pork Chops are not for people who don't like eating meat off the bone and or with their hands. I'm content with my portion sizes, and have yet to have a bad experience. I will happily come back over and over.

Food Review: Chef Choy – A Hidden Gem for Chinese Comfort Food
If you’re craving authentic Chinese cuisine that hits the perfect balance between flavor, freshness, and comfort, look no further than Chef Choy. This place isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a warm reminder of how good classic Chinese food can be when it’s done right.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the familiar aroma of garlic, soy, and sizzling wok-fired dishes. The menu at Chef Choy is extensive, but what stands out is the consistency—whether you’re going for the savory orange chicken, the deeply flavorful beef broccoli, or the classic chow mein, every dish is packed with taste and cooked with care.
The portions are generous (as they should be), and everything arrives hot, fresh, and fast. One personal favorite is the salt and pepper shrimp—crispy, tender, with just the right kick of heat and garlic. Pair it with some fried rice or their perfectly steamed white rice, and you’re in heaven.
What really makes Chef Choy a favorite is the way the food feels like it was made just for you. It’s not over-complicated or pretentious—it’s just honest, hearty, and delicious Chinese food you can count on. Whether it’s for takeout on a lazy night or a sit-down dinner with friends, Chef Choy never disappoints.

Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates classic Chinese dishes done well—and with heart.
