Delicious! Deep Fried Whole Snapper Combo was seasoned perfectly. The lobster bisque grits were rich and savory and paired perfectly with snapper. And the cornbread was the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

I had high hopes ordering from an award-winning chef, but this meal really missed the mark. I got the shrimp and grits—when I opened it, all I saw was a pool of oil. The grits had okay flavor but were so greasy I couldn’t finish them. The bacon was hard, partially burnt, and didn’t taste fresh. The biscuits were soft but completely bland—no butter, no flavor.
Suggestion: Pack the shrimp separately so the oil doesn’t ruin the grits. Lighten up on bacon cook time (it keeps cooking in the bag), and add something to the biscuits—anything.
Overall, not worth the hype. Really hoping for better next time.

The Jerk Shrimp and Lobster Bisque Grits (LB Grits) were creamy and delicious I did sub the jerk shrimp for butter shrimp. The Deep Fried Salmon Bites were great they would have been better if I had some type of dipping sauce for them that's just my preference.

love chef Ju'von's cooking so trying this and getting this out come was inconvenient. The burnt ends used for the boas, was burnt but not in a carmelized way but more so charred and not very tasty.
The cornbread was not as good as I recall.
