The Couple’s Slungslice/夫妻肺片 was an experiment and a delicious delight. If you like their most excellent cold spicy broccoli and enjoy different textures you might like this (highly recommend the cold spicy broccoli).
The Sichuanese Boiled Beef/水煮牛肉 was particularly good. The XiShi Tofu/西施豆腐 was almost shockingly eggy, but delicious with the boiled beef to soften the egg flavor.

Boiled fish was flavorful and soft with a little spice. The Dandan noodles I never had before but it was spicy,meaty and I couldn't stop eating that one. Egg flower soup good. My bf had the chicken and garlic sauce but he said it didn't taste like garlic sauce but like sweet n sour... interesting. Overall I thought it was yummy

I started ordering food from Chef King during COVID quarantine period. I have tried a few dishes and am hooked for their spicy dishes. It seems I like to order food from them on cold, raining Fridays. They are perfect for Seattle days in fall, winter, and spring.
What I order repeatedly: spicy boiled fish and spicy stir-fry cabbage. I also ordered their "I don't know" and "whatever". It's basically chef's special. They are usually spicy and good. And they give us extra spicy sauce. I used them to add to noodles, and make an extra meal. Contrary to others' favorite, Dan Dan noodle and Mr. and Mrs. Smith are meh to us. I haven't tried many of their non-spicy dishes. Because... why order the ordinaries when you can have Ma-La?!
It's embarrassing that we do not the patience to take pictures before cleaning up the plates. I will add photos later.

Low key some of the best spicy boiled fish in Seattle. Super tender. It is on the expensive side though.
