Asked for Sweet and Sour Sauce and Fried Pork to be served in separate containers and they obliged which meant pork was lovely and crispy as if just cooked by the chef when I reheated later for dinner. Sauce was a bit light on with pineapple, onion and capsicum, as well as quantity, however, which was all the more disappointing as it had beautiful flavour. Dumplings always good quality if a little too exy.

Faves are the salt and pepper VT02 Salt and Pepper Spinach Tofu plus the VT09 Crispy Honey Eggplant but you need to eat the eggplant sooner since it will not be crispy for long so I prefer that in store. Great food though.

I ordered the item with the sauce separate, but it arrived mixed together. The dish was also far too salty for me. Quite disappointed.
