I ordered the St. Louis-style broccoli fried rice with added steak, plus Sriracha and Yum Yum sauce on the side. Unfortunately, I probably would not order this again. When I first tasted the dish without any sauce, it had a distinctly burnt flavor. I’m not sure if that came from the steak—which was barely edible due to tough, unrendered tendons—or if the pan hadn't been cleaned between uses.
While the sauces made the meal significantly better, they were doing all the heavy lifting. The broccoli itself was good and the portion size was huge, but unfortunately, the overall quality just wasn't there.

Ive tried it with the salmon and now the chicken. This time I got extra yum yum sauce because they don't put enough but this dish is delicious.
