I've ordered from here for a long time. The food is always a 10/10 when we receive it, and the portion sizes are massive. The S&S chicken is a go-to for my wife and I, and the breading isn't greasy like other places leave it. Will be ordering from here for a long time coming

The fried wings were good. The short ribs were a bit of a disappointment. the menu picture showed large, juicy short ribs cooked to a golden brown. The ribs arrived over-cooked to a black color (both the meat and the bones were the same charcoal black) and had a lot less meat on larger bones than shown in the menu picture. If I order from this place again, I will definitely not get the short ribs.

My wife and I used to eat here, and order from here, quite often. It was excellent. This was the first of several meals I ordered. It was a bit disappointing, especially compared to when we ordered from here years ago. The fried rice was dry and rather tasteless, with a good amount of shrimp, but almost no chicken (one small sliver) or pork. The fried chicken wings were large and moist, but unpleasantly salty. I ordered two more meals in the next few days.

Sashimi Regular was fresh and good. Tom Yum Shrimp soup was great. Nice fresh veggies and mushrooms. The soup portion is for two, which surprised me, and the entree came with a miso soup (for one) that I didn't expect. They did a good job and I would order from them again.

Sadly disappointed :( Portions were great but everything was super bland. The sesame chicken had no broccoli as shown in the picture. That would have been OK (not gonna complain about extra meat) but the chicken was a strange composite texture. The pork fried rice was the weirdest taste....hard to describe the aftertaste, odd texture and lack of flavor. Shrimp Lo Mein was bland but passable with soy sauce. When we bit into the egg roll, the inside of the dough wrap was not fully cooked. Not sure what the filling was - completely ground up and bland. The spicy tuna roll was just...not good. The wonton broth was great but the wontons were very doughy, like they weren't quite done? Honestly, we started looking at the packaging to make sure the food came from Chengs, because the reviews here were good. I don't know, maybe its just an off day but the prices these days make it a real problem when the product is this lackluster.
