always great! Szechuan chicken might be my new favorite. they rarely get an order wrong and I customize every time. they make it fast even when busy. not just the best Chinese in the immediate area, but some of the freshest and best in a 30 mile radius. I omitted mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and baby corn from my 92. Szechuan Chicken but I'm not sure the dish even comes with those. what was left aside from the chicken was Bell peppers, broccoli, carrot, onion, and celery. sauce is spicy with a touch of sweetness while still remaining savory. Also got the egg drop 19. Egg Drop Soup 蛋花汤 . you'll notice the 2 sizes are both a quart and the same price. I'm not sure why, but this error has been there for a while. It's decent egg drop but I highly recommend you add white pepper and scallions @home. Really enhances an already good soup. If you want salt, most people would add soy sauce. I like soy sauce but it changes the flavor profile of the soup too much for me. regular salt.

Terrific as always! The food is always well seasoned we especially love the S. 5. Golden Sesame Chicken, and the 37. Beef Lo Mein 牛捞面 is always super flavorful. Portions definitely keep us coming back and we always look forward to our next order. If you're looking for fresh Chinese look no further.

My favorite place to get Chinese food. Everything is always good. Always made fresh. Owners are always accommodatable with any special requests. I always have enough leftovers to eat at another time.

Everything was tasteless. I think they forgot any seasoning at all. S. 14. Seafood Delight lobster was rubbery and tastes off. Shrimp was mushy. 1. Spring Roll 上海卷 were mushy and weird inside. S. 18. Happy Family tasteless and rubbery seafood. We didn't like anything but the 20. Wonton Soup 云吞汤 . Portions are huge, so alot going to waste. Our first order from here and our last.

We had some of S. 3. General Tso's Chicken and 1. Spring Roll 上海卷 ... this is legitimately some of the best Chinese we have had in a long while. The chicken had so much flavor and was still crispy the next day. We're up in the area on business, but Chen's House will definitely be on our itinerary the next time we're around.
