Dess, the owner, is onsite a ton and is 100% dedicated to the quality of his food, and the satisfaction of his customers. Here's my bottom line. I eat wings plain (plain is Cajun here, but theyre plain), everywhere, every time. There's nothing close in Rochester. Add ur sauce, whatever, sauces are the same. But start with the best product, and Chester Cab is the best.

Chicago Stuffed Pizza-MINI is my go to here.
pro tip:if eating at the spot ask them to cut it.
[travels better if its together at base, and you cut it at home] they start the cut for you.
Fish & Chips good appetizer its fried food dipped in sauce.

simple Slice of Pizza, cheese and sauce fresh out the oven everytime,
perfect that's the neighborhood. one slice great, two slices you don't need anything more,got it before and would order in the future.

Chester Cab has always been a favorite and never disappointed until today. The crust was thin, hard with excessive flour...extremely disappointed after spending $30 on a pizza I could get from Fastrac.

I'm not from New York, but I have lived northern Indiana (About a half hour from Chicago) and can definitely say their Chicago style pizza is probably the best deep dish you can get when visiting/living in Rochester. The sauce is a hearty marinara sauce filled with fresh tomatoes and seasonings over packed with a cheesy center. It's good to the point where you realize it wasn't just a gimic to appeal to people, but an actual passion project by someone who wants to do right by this style of pizza
Much better than places like Giordano's because the quality is there and not overly oily. It will be one pizza place I will genuinely miss when returning home and will remember for a long time in an effort to mimic their delicious pizza
