Even when they're out of an item I ordered they do their best to substitute when possible.

This store is great to order from earlier in the day. Always happy with that. However, I placed a late-night order yesterday but the driver was turned away even though the store was available on DoorDash. Tonight a few items weren't available as they're prepared earlier in the day and not available at night per the Dasher.
The clerk did their best to which I'm grateful for. It's not their fault.
My suggestion would be to remove certain options from the app after they're unavailable.
